Yes, sleep is a learned skill, and whether you purposely instill a method or not you will shape how and when your baby gets in their ZZZ. Not all methods are created equally.

Helping new parents
BECOME MORE CONFIDENT

For the past 13 years I’ve been called to assist families with raising their children and navigating family life. It began with a nannying career that connected me with many new parents that often continued to extend their families during my time with them.
My fascination with pregnancy and the postpartum period is what inspired me to continue my education and become certified as both a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) & Postpartum Doula (PPD). Being versed in working with families of many different cultures, traditions, religions, and structures I can confidently say there are a multitude of ways to welcome a baby and even more ways to care for them once they’ve arrived. Society, with the help of social media, tends to have a narrow view of what postpartum & newborn care “should” look like.
I hope to encourage as many parents as possible to embrace their journey as their very own, free of doubt and full of confidence.
