Postpartum Doula  (doo·luh)

Postpartum Doulas traditionally work during the day and serve the purpose of mothering the mother, by ensuring her needs are cared for at a time when much of the focus goes to baby. They provide evidence-based information regarding postnatal recovery and all that comes with the first few months of baby's life. When cross-trained as a Newborn Care Specialists they provide full-spectrum postpartum support and newborn care.

Newborn Care Specialist

Newborn Care Specialists (formally known as baby nurse, night nanny, or night nurse) are trained postpartum professionals that support families & their newborns. Providing customized care & education in their first weeks and beyond. Giving guidance to promote confidence with handling your newborn during day and/or overnights.

Sleep Consultant

"Sleep Training" has become well-known with the uptick in social media accounts targeting child-rearing. Sleep is a learned skill. With or without a planned method you will shape how & when your baby gets in their ZZZ. Not all methods work for every baby. An expert can help establish healthy habits & a predictable routine while also providing ways to troubleshoot new situations.
